Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 business days from the date of delivery to email info@eyeconomyclub.com or phone us on +44(0)207 637 4181 and obtain your return shipping form from us or to return your goods to us in person at the Eyeconomy Club, 14 Eastcastle Street, London W1T 3AX.

Opening hours; Monday – Friday 10AM to 6PM.

All merchandise must be returned unworn and with all packaging in order to receive a full refund. In the event that product is offered at a discount online, all sales are final. Eyeconomy Club reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our quality control requirements.

For all refunds, please allow 5-10 Working Days for the refund to show on your bank statement.

  1. Central London Orders

FREE CLICK & COLLECT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Click and Collect orders can be returned to our showroom in central London just off Oxford Circus at 14 Eastcastle Street, W1T 3AX for a refund or exchange.

Please fill in your returns form (included in your order) and bring with you.

Opening hours; Monday – Friday 10AM to 6PM.

  1. UK orders

UK customers can use our free tracked service to send back items for exchange or refund.

Simply email us or telephone us if anything is not clear at info@eyeconomyclub.com or +44(0)207 637 4181

  1. Complete the returns/exchange form included in your original order and place it inside the inner packaging when you return your item(s).
  2. Email us for a returns label, including your contact phone number.
  3. Once you have received your returns label, print it out and securely fix the free UK returns label to the outside of your package.
  4. Drop your parcel at your nearest Post Office and retain your Proof of Posting receipt.
  5. We will email you when your refund is processed.

Please keep your Proof of Posting receipt until your exchange or refund is confirmed as completed.

  1. European orders – EU countries

To allow us to offer you a premium service we have negotiated a rate of 5.00 Euros for our European customers:

  1. Complete the returns/exchange form included in your original order  and place it inside the inner packaging when you return your item(s)
  2. Email us for a returns label, including your contact phone number.

  4. Drop your parcel at your nearest Post Office and retain your Proof of Posting receipt.
  5. The 5.00 Euro return cost will be deducted for your refund.
  6. We will email you when your refund is processed.
